BASIS OF SUPPLY: GA Publishing PDF products are copyright and supplied under licence to subscribers for use by practising professionals. Terms of the licence include that the PDF products may be distributed in no more than 10 copies within a firm or practice group among practitioners. The PDF products may not be distributed beyond the firm or such group without the express written consent of the publisher.
VIDEOS AND PODCASTS: Purchased videos and podcasts are copyright and licensed for the purchaser’s personal use and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. If a supplied file is defective or cannot be accessed, the Publisher will provide a functioning replacement. This does not limit any statutory right to a refund or other remedy.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY OF PAYMENT: Customer information is collected and used to process purchases, administer subscriptions, deliver publications and communicate with customers about those services. Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure globally recognised third-party payment provider. Customer particulars are never shared with any other persons.

REFUNDS: GA Publishing PDF periodical subscriptions are by way of licence granted to the subscriber (customer) which licence may be cancelled at any time by either the publisher or the customer. In respect of the PDF periodicals, in the event of cancellation by the customer, the publisher undertakes to refund without question the subscription price paid less the reasonable pro rata amount for the expired portion of the subscription period.
CONSUMER RIGHTS: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where apposite, damages which may be payable by the publisher are limited to the payments actually made by the customer to GA Publishing in the foregoing subscription period.
GOVERNING LAW: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
