GA Publishing products are supplied under licence to subscribers for use by practising professionals. Terms of the licence include that the products may be distributed in no more than 10 copies within a firm or practice group among practitioners. The products may not be distributed beyond the firm or such group without the express written consent of the publisher. A term of the licence is that the subscriber (customer) undertakes to inform practitioners to whom a GA Publishing product may be distributed that they may not copy the product other than in accordance with these simple terms.

The publisher and editors strive always for accuracy in the reporting which appears in GA Publishing products. However it is a term of the license by which these products are distributed and used that there is no warranty – express or implied – of the accuracy or reliability of the contents of GA Publishing products. REFUNDS: GA Publishing PDF periodical subscriptions are by way of licence granted to the subscriber (customer) which licence may be cancelled at any time by either the publisher or the customer. In respect of the PDF periodicals, in the event of cancellation by the customer, the publisher undertakes to refund without question the subscription price paid less the reasonable pro rata amount for the expired portion of the subscription period.
